A Little Imagination Pt. 1

This week's exercise in self trust is a 2-part and this first part is an invitation to use your imagination.  

I truly believe we don't use our imagination enough as adults.  So this is my invitation to you to play a bit with a gift you likely haven't engaged since you were a child.  

Imagination serves two purposes. 

  1. It holds no pressure to create.  
  2. It creates a break from our normal "I should", "I need to" and "I have to" thinking.

It doesn't have to take long.  Spend as much, or as little, time as you want. 

Watch this short 3.5 minute video to get started and the 2nd part of the exercise will come later this week.

Just let your mind play with no other requirement.
