Guilt does not serve you.

Mar 11, 2020

As leaders, in our lives and business, we often feel guilt from our actions and words that don't match our intentions. We get frustrated or overwhelmed and react accordingly.

First, we are human and this happens.

Second, we have an opportunity to pay attention to this and shift course immediately.

This feeling of guilt is a disconnect in how we are feeling about ourselves and how we really are. I invite you to be kind to yourself in these moments. Own your action, learn from it, and move on. Riding the guilt train only leads to more reasons to feel bad. You are meant to feel good and lead from a place of feeling good in your life, business and relationships.
