This week's exercise in self trust is a 2-part and this second part is an invitation to play the matching game.
In the first part, I invited you to use your imagination. To picture the life you would want if there were no obstacles.
If you haven't watched that video, I encourage you to do so here. I also do a quick recap in the above 5 minute video.
Today's exercise is to match up the characteristics and traits of the imagined you with the you now.
Notice how you already have some of those traits. How can you build on them?
Notice what you have now that you no longer needed in this imagination. Can you let any of that go now?
There is no obligation to act.
Let your mind explore possibilities with no other requirement.
Build on what you have.
Release what you can.
Or don't do anything at all.
And trust that whatever you choose is the perfect choice for you right now.
